Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return service, applicable for orders within 7 days of delivery. To return an item, you must apply within 7 days of receiving it. 

  • If you wish to return within 7 days, you're responsible for a 20% handling fee, plus shipping and return shipping fees.
  • The 7-day return service is only valid for orders shipped from overseas warehouses in select countries (USA, EU). Factory shipments, customized orders, or orders from other countries are not eligible.
  • For In Stock Orders not shipped post payment, you can apply for cancellation and refund within 6 hours of payment. A full refund will be processed within 5 days.
  • For In Stock Orders paid for more than 6 hours ago but not shipped, a 20% handling fee applies for cancellation and refund.
  • For In Stock Orders that have been shipped, to cancel and request a refund, you're responsible for a 20% handling fee, shipping fee, and return shipping fee.

Please note: Returns are not accepted after 7 days of delivery. All returned orders comply with our Return Policy!

7-day return service conditions: You're responsible for shipping, return shipping, and a 20% handling fee. These costs are deducted from the total payment amount. The remaining amount is refunded.

  1. The 7-day return service only applies to orders placed within 7 days of delivery.
  2. For orders where the package is refused after shipment or cancellation is requested post shipment.
  3. For orders returned due to incorrect address or delivery failure for other reasons.
  4. For orders returned after the customer requested pickup at a UPS/Fedex Express location but failed to pick up in time.
  5. When placing an order, specify the pickup point address and leave a message for customer service. If no location is specified, we'll select one. If the package is returned due to address issues or failure to pick up, you're responsible for shipping, return shipping, and a 20% handling fee.
  6. All returned products undergo strict inspection. If the product is damaged or used, making it unsellable, we'll provide evidence and refuse to refund.
  7. Please ensure the packaging is intact when returning. Replace the box if broken. We won't refund if the product is damaged during transit due to poor packing or a broken box.

Defective Items

If the package is badly damaged upon delivery, refuse it and seek compensation from the courier.

If the product is defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures or videos of the defect. We'll provide one of the following solutions:

  1. Full product replacement
  2. Door-to-door repair
  3. Free repair tools
  4. Partial refund

Incorrect Items

If you receive a different product than the one you ordered, email us a picture. We'll compare it with your order. If it's incorrect, we'll send a replacement or give a full refund at our expense. You may also keep the incorrect item.

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with proof of the incorrect item to receive a free replacement. After 3 days, we won't arrange a replacement or refund.

7-Day Return & Exchange Service

We supports return and exchange within 7 days of order placement if the following conditions are met:

  1. Only for in stock orders.
  2. No wrong dolls or misdelivery.
  3. No package damage.
  4. Unopened and intact doll.

For eligible returns, you're required to pay the following fees:

  1. 20% handling fee (including production, packing, shipping, and other operational fees)
  2. Shipping costs for shipping and return shipping.

Please note: Returns are not accepted after 7 days of delivery.

Customization Order

For all customization orders, cancellations or refunds are not accepted once production has begun.

Please note that return/refund requests based on the dolls' weight or size (too heavy, too big, or too small) or the dolls' feature (too cold) are not accepted. Please understand the material characteristics of sex dolls and be aware of the height and weight of the doll before placing the order. A slight error in measurement is acceptable due to varying temperatures, measurement conditions (lying or standing), and measurement areas by different people. Thank you for your understanding.
